Why ISI did attack on Indian Embassy in Kabul?

Why ISI did attack on Indian Embassy in Kabul?
On 7th of July 2008, a car having full of explosive rashed on Indian Embassy in Kabul, resulted not only 59 people killed, but also it was alarm for Indian people who are working in Afganisthan.
After this attack, many of India diplomats, including NSA M. K. Narayanan allegaed that Pakistan’s ISI is behind the attack. Also, USA’s top most intelligence service, CIA also confirmed that ISI backs several militant activities including the Kabul attack. Indian Prime Minister Dr, Man Mohan Singh is also discussed the issue with his Pakistani counterpart Yusuf Raza Gilani. All this events, statements shows that the importance of this attack.
After 2001, fall of Taliban regime in Afghanisthan , President took the charge, with the backing of USA. Since then NATO forces tried to do wash out Talibani’s in Afganisthan. At the same time, USA, with the help of other countries, wants to do reconstruction work in Afganisthan. Then, India is among the first countries, who reach the Afganisthan and doing reconstruction in several parts. India constructed power transmission line in North, building more than 200 Km of roads, working on lighting up 100 villages using solar energy, India gave 3 air buses to the Kabul, to begin its own national airline. Also thousands of Indians are working in Afganisthan in the work of reconstruction.
All these things are rankling in the eye of Pakistani leaders. Because, Pakistan always wants that Afganisthan remains unstable. Because, they feel it is a its fifth province. With the control over it, they get more strategic depth and the direct access to central Asia, which is Muslim dominant and energy rich. Also, they want to capitalize the such a big market, in comparison with Pakistan itself. Therefore they always wants indirect control over Afganisthan. Therefore, they gave and giving support to Taliban and other terrorist and fundamentalist groups. They also have jealousy with India, because if India make good relation with Afganisthan, she may get direct access to central Asia through which it get abundant energy, what she want now. As India already have good relation with Iran, these three countries around Pakistan, namely India, Iran and Afganisthan may apply pressure to Pakistan,
Also, India, reopened her consulate in Heart and Mazhar-e-Sharif, which had been shut since 1979. Not only these , India also opened newly in Kandahar and Jalalbad. So Pakistan fears that, through this consulate India may get access to the North West Frontier and Baluchistan , both are unstable provinces in Pakistan . Therefore, India may provide money or other help to the militant groups. This creates more headache for Pakistan. Pakistan’s President Parvez Mushshraff already expressed his reluctance over the Indian Decision to open consulate at Jalalabad. He said, “ India’s motivation in Pakistan is very clear, nothing further than upsetting Pakistan. Why should they have consulate at Jalalabad and Kandahar. What is there interest? There is nothing other than disturbing Pakistan, doing something against Pakistan.”
India may or may not do against Pak., through such support to militant group. But from now, there is always pressure over the Pakistan that Indian influence is surrounded us and it creates more panic among Pakistani. They also disturb, due to lost their control over Afganisthan, which they had it in Taliban regime, they used it against India.
Therefore, after this attack responsibility of India in Afganisthan increases, b’coz they have to keep the work as before. Militant are trying to create fears among India. The day after Kabul attack, a bomb found in a bus carrying Indian. It clears the militant intention that, they want to retard the speed of Indian influence in Afganisthan. India should do more constructive work, for our years old friend, Afganisthan
