A few days back, Maldives inked MoU in power sector, with Pakistan . The Maldives was used to take guidance from India in each policy and decision, but now it is under great influence of China - Pakistan nexus . Afghan President Ashraf Ghani on 9 June announced the ceasefire with Taliban. There was a ceasefire for few days and it was a historical relief for Afghanistan. Taliban first time in its history accepted such initiative. But, it ends within a couple of days. It is quite difficult to say, what went wrong?
